Responsibilities
- Efficiently operate provided POS systems and cash registers
- Process payments (cash, credit, mobile) with 100% accuracy
- Scan and bag merchandise while maintaining organized checkout areas
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide product recommendations
- Assist with inventory management and store cleanliness
- Adhere to all security protocols for cash handling
- Support team members during peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and cash handling experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transactions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to our Commerce Plaza location
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
