Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person and virtual customer service via our remote support platform
- Process transactions accurately using our integrated POS and e-commerce systems
- Manage inventory through digital tracking tools and periodic physical audits
- Execute visual merchandising plans to create engaging product displays
- Collaborate with team members using our cloud-based communication platform
- Resolve customer inquiries through our remote support channels and in-store visits

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proficiency with digital tools and remote collaboration platforms
- Strong communication skills for both in-person and virtual interactions
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional store visits
