Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and personalized shopping assistance
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Visual merchandising including restocking, displays, and maintaining impeccable store standards
- Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Train on new products and promotions to ensure current product knowledge
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS systems
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent required
