Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and trend insights
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining cash handling accuracy

- Support inventory management through stock counts and replenishment
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily sales targets and KPIs
- Process returns/exchanges while upholding brand service protocols
- Participate in floor moves and seasonal transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Visual merchandising or styling experience preferred
- Proficiency with retail technology systems
