Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and attentive assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floorsets, displays, and inventory management
- Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and building client relationships
- Support store operations including stockroom organization, shipment processing, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily sales targets and maintain brand standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology (POS systems)
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Passion for fashion and current industry trends
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
