Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and personalized shopping assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit card payments
- Manage inventory, restock shelves, and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Assist with visual merchandising, window presentations, and seasonal promotions
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently and resolve payment discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in store opening/closing procedures and daily cleanliness protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (entry-level welcome)
