Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization of sales floor merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer engagement.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counting.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and mobile devices.
