Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge, fitting room assistance, and checkout support
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays according to brand standards
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with store associates
- Adhere to all safety, loss prevention, and operational policies
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
