Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, styling recommendations, and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling procedures
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Manage inventory through receiving, stocking, and inventory control processes
- Uphold store cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in seasonal promotions and special events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Proficiency with retail technology and POS systems
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
