Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming merchandise deliveries before store opening
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planograms and company standards
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and proper inventory management
- Maintain clean, organized stockrooms and sales floors
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve stocking efficiency goals
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards for material handling
Qualifications
- Availability for early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Flexible schedule with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory and stocking tasks
- Attention to detail with organizational skills
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
