Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized styling assistance
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions and maintain accurate inventory
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Support store operations including stock replenishment, cleaning, and safety compliance
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in product training to stay current on trends and promotions
- Assist with opening/closing procedures including cash handling and store security
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping customers
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and inventory
- Detail-oriented with organizational skills for merchandising tasks
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a team environment
