Responsibilities
- Provide professional, high-quality remote support via email, live chat, and phone to clients across the United States.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing step-by-step solutions.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in our CRM system (Zendesk/Intercom).
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product suite to answer complex queries accurately.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the engineering team with detailed tickets.
- Adhere to strict SLA (Service Level Agreement) targets for response and resolution times.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly training sessions to stay updated on new features.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a remote customer support or technical helpdesk role is preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tickets simultaneously.
