- Accurately input, update, and maintain data across multiple digital platforms and databases
- Perform daily data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Generate and distribute daily productivity reports with detailed metrics
- Collaborate with day shift teams to resolve data discrepancies and maintain workflow continuity
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
- Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting
- Manage document scanning and electronic filing systems efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience with proven accuracy records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software
- Ability to type 60+ WPM with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently during night shifts
- Experience with CRM systems and database management preferred
- High-speed internet connection and dedicated home office setup
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM EST, including weekends as needed
