Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain complex datasets in proprietary CRM and ERP systems
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy standards
- Process high-volume transactions during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Generate daily productivity reports using SQL and Excel analytics
- Collaborate with offshore teams to reconcile data discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Train on proprietary data management software during onboarding
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience (10,000+ keystrokes/hour)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) or CRM platforms (Salesforce)
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven error rates below 0.1%
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision
- High-speed typing certification (60+ WPM) preferred
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps) for remote work
- Associates degree in Data Management or related field required
