Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and product data into various database systems.
- Review and correct data discrepancies to ensure 100% data integrity.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks on all data entry tasks.
- Assist in the migration of legacy data to new platforms.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team regarding urgent data requirements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service.
- Must be available to work Night Shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 45-50 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and database management software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
