Responsibilities
- Accurately input and maintain data in company databases and CRM systems
- Perform daily quality checks to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Process high-volume transactions with strict attention to detail
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly performance reports
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR data security protocols
- Utilize Excel and proprietary software for data manipulation
- Meet or exceed daily productivity targets without compromising accuracy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience
- Proficient in typing 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (12 AM - 8 AM PST)
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
