Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify alphanumeric data into proprietary systems with 99.9% precision
- Process high-volume transaction records while maintaining strict confidentiality protocols
- Utilize advanced Excel functions for data reconciliation and quality assurance
- Collaborate with global teams during handover periods using Slack/Teams
- Generate daily performance reports highlighting key metrics and anomalies
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards for sensitive information handling
- Participate in quarterly process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience (10,000+ keystrokes/hour)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite with advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Proven ability to maintain focus during overnight shifts (12:00 AM - 8:00 AM EST)
- Associates degree in Data Management or related field preferred
