Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update client data into proprietary CRM and ERP systems
- Validate and reconcile data discrepancies using Excel and SQL tools
- Process high-volume transactions while maintaining 99.5% accuracy rate
- Generate daily performance reports and KPI dashboards
- Collaborate with offshore teams during handover periods
- Adhere to HIPAA and SOX compliance protocols
- Maintain organized digital filing systems with version control
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 65+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with database management (SQL/Oracle) preferred
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting capabilities
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field
- Must have dedicated home office with reliable internet
