- Escalation Management: Identify complex issues and escalate them to the day-shift technical team for resolution.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to strict quality standards and maintain a professional tone in all communications.
- Self-Motivation: Work independently without direct supervision during your shift.
Qualifications
- Student Status: Currently enrolled in a high school, college, or university program (students are highly encouraged to apply).
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts, specifically between 9:00 PM and 5:00 AM EST.
- Internet: Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
