Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person and virtual customer service via phone/video chat
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining store inventory standards
- Execute visual merchandising and product displays to drive sales
- Assist with e-commerce order fulfillment and remote customer inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Operate POS systems and maintain digital client records
- Participate in regular virtual team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proficient with digital communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license for occasional store-to-store transfers
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and cash handling skills
