Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with product selection and recommendations.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions and handle returns.
- Assist with visual merchandising, including stocking shelves, folding clothing, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and organized.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and maintain a positive, cohesive work environment.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date on current promotions, new arrivals, and inventory availability.
- Utilize digital management tools to track sales performance and manage schedules remotely.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with technology and basic computer skills.
