Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via in-person and virtual channels
- Manage online orders, returns, and inventory systems remotely
- Conduct product consultations via video chat

- Assist with in-store operations during on-site shifts
- Train on new tech tools and retail platforms
- Participate in team virtual meetings
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Proficient with video conferencing & retail software
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Reliable internet connection for remote work
- Ability to work 2-3 days in-store weekly
- Valid CA driver's license (for occasional store transfers)
- Flexible availability including weekends
- Passion for fashion and customer experience
