- Deliver outstanding customer service through in-person and virtual assistance

- Respond to customer inquiries via chat/email with same-day resolution
- Collaborate with team members through digital communication platforms
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization during in-person shifts

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years retail experience
- Proficiency with digital communication tools (Slack, Teams, Zoom)
- Strong problem-solving skills with remote troubleshooting abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
