Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-store customer service and product expertise
- Process transactions accurately via POS systems (on-site + remote access)
- Manage inventory counts and stock replenishment through our digital platform
- Execute visual merchandising plans to enhance store aesthetics
- Support online order fulfillment and virtual consultations
- Collaborate with remote team members via video conferencing
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Proficiency with digital tools (Slack, Google Suite, retail POS)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation to Reno location (2-3 days/week)
- Basic knowledge of retail math and inventory systems
