Responsibilities
- Safely walk dogs in designated San Francisco neighborhoods, adhering to client-specific routes and preferences
- Provide real-time photo/video updates via our mobile app during walks
- Administer basic care (feeding, medication) as requested by pet owners
- Maintain detailed activity logs and health observations for each pet
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and schedule changes
- Practice responsible leash handling and ensure pet safety at all times
- Collaborate with team members for seamless coverage and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking or pet care experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong knowledge of dog behavior and handling techniques
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication skills and tech-savvy (app proficiency)
- Physical ability to handle dogs of various sizes and energy levels
- Current pet CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
