Responsibilities
- Safely walk and exercise client dogs in designated Orlando neighborhoods
- Provide real-time photo/video updates via our mobile app during walks
- Administer basic care (feeding, medication) as specified by pet owners
- Maintain detailed digital activity logs and incident reports
- Build trust-based relationships with clients through exceptional communication
- Adapt schedules dynamically to accommodate client needs and weather conditions
- Participate in monthly virtual training sessions for best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking/pet care experience
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current pet CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Smartphone proficiency for app-based reporting and client communication
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong understanding of canine behavior and handling techniques
- Excellent time management with ability to manage multiple walks simultaneously
- Background check clearance required
