- Deliver exceptional in-person and virtual customer support via our remote chat platform
- Maintain accurate transaction records and reconcile daily sales reports digitally
- Assist with inventory management through our remote inventory portal
- Train new hires through our virtual onboarding program
- Uphold safety protocols while managing store operations during on-site shifts
