Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual coffee tastings and brewing demonstrations via video conferencing
- Provide personalized coffee recommendations based on customer preferences
- Manage online inventory for home brewing equipment
- Curate seasonal coffee subscription boxes for remote clients
- Maintain accurate digital customer profiles and order history
- Collaborate with physical Honolulu team for brand consistency
- Respond to customer inquiries within 2 hours via chat/email
Qualifications
- 2+ years professional barista experience required
- Advanced knowledge of coffee brewing methods (pour-over, AeroPress, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for virtual customer engagement
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Square)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid Hawaii food handler's certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Experience with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams)
