Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized service and product knowledge
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and hygiene standards in all workstations
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital platforms for inventory and scheduling
- Execute digital marketing tasks including social media content creation and customer engagement
- Train and mentor new baristas through our virtual onboarding program
- Participate in quarterly remote innovation workshops for menu development
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with espresso mastery
- Proficiency in digital tools (Slack, Google Suite, POS systems)
- Exceptional communication skills for both in-person and virtual interactions
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic video editing skills for social media content creation
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team cohesion
- Passion for coffee sustainability and local sourcing initiatives
