Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine workspace cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
- Process orders efficiently through POS systems while handling cash transactions
- Collaborate with team to create innovative seasonal drink specials
- Support inventory management and quality control initiatives
- Participate in remote administrative tasks (scheduling, digital inventory tracking)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year barista or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Basic proficiency with digital tools and remote collaboration platforms
