Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages using traditional and modern techniques
- Manage virtual customer orders via our mobile app and online platform
- Conduct remote coffee consultations and virtual tastings
- Maintain inventory and supplies for both in-store and remote operations
- Collaborate with team members through digital communication tools
- Develop innovative digital coffee content for social media
- Ensure consistent quality across all service channels
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year barista or customer service experience
- Proficiency with coffee brewing equipment (espresso, pour-over)
- Strong digital communication skills and tech-savviness
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
- Basic knowledge of coffee bean varieties and brewing methods
- Flexibility to work weekends and early mornings
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
