Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and seasonal specialties using premium beans
- Manage remote inventory coordination and digital supply chain tracking
- Deliver exceptional customer service in-person and via virtual support channels
- Maintain pristine cafe sanitation and equipment maintenance standards
- Collaborate with team on digital scheduling and remote training initiatives
- Contribute to social media content showcasing cafe creations and culture
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with espresso certification preferred
- Proven ability to manage remote work tasks and digital communication tools
- Availability for flexible in-person shifts (20-25 hrs/week) plus 5 remote hours
- Strong organizational skills with inventory management experience
- PHI Barista certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Basic proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., When I Work, Deputy)
- Philadelphia residency required for in-person components
