Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive service and personalized recommendations
- Efficiently manage food/beverage orders using POS systems while maintaining accuracy
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain pristine dining environments through systematic cleanliness standards
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with solution-oriented approaches
- Execute opening/closing procedures including cash handling and inventory checks
- Adhere to all health/safety protocols and company service standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/customer service experience preferred
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekend schedules
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and order processing
- Positive attitude and ability to maintain composure during peak hours
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts during high-demand periods
- Must be 18+ with ability to stand/walk for extended periods
