Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and advanced equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine café environment including sanitation, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with remote scheduling team to optimize shift coverage and operational efficiency
- Train on digital POS systems and remote inventory management tools

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience or equivalent coffee craftsmanship skills
- Proficiency in espresso machines, grinders, and manual brewing techniques
- Flexible availability including weekends, early mornings, and holidays

- Basic digital literacy for remote scheduling and POS systems
