Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software problems for clients via phone, chat, and remote desktop tools.
- Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional technical support and clear guidance to non-technical customers with patience and professionalism.
- Remote Assistance: Utilize remote access software to guide clients through repairs and installations securely.
- Documentation: Log all support tickets and resolutions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.

- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the engineering team to escalate unresolved issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service (1-2 years preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
