Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized onboarding and quarterly business reviews
- Analyze usage data to identify growth opportunities and reduce churn
- Collaborate with product teams to communicate client feedback and feature requests
- Create customized training materials and conduct virtual product workshops
- Proactively resolve client escalations with SLA adherence
- Track KPIs including NPS, retention rates, and expansion revenue
- Document client interactions and success stories for internal knowledge base
Qualifications
- 3+ years in B2B customer success or account management
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk)
- Experience with SaaS products and B2B tech solutions
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-motivated with proven remote work experience
- Certification in Customer Success Management preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings for global clients
