Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of hardware and software solutions for onsite clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
- Operate within strict weekend shift schedules to ensure 24/7 coverage.
- Perform light inventory management and equipment auditing as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or technical certification is a plus.
- Previous customer service or tech support experience is preferred but not required.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are mandatory for remote weekend shifts.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
