- Update and maintain customer records in our CRM database.
- Process invoices, orders, and returns efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Identify and troubleshoot common customer issues.
- Generate weekly performance reports for management review.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 35 WPM).
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Reliable internet connection and computer equipment.
