- Master Brewtiful Beans' signature recipes and seasonal offerings
- Manage inventory and restock supplies through our online portal
- Provide exceptional virtual customer service via chat and phone
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your remote workstation
- Participate in monthly virtual training sessions and team meetings
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery within Chandler area
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional barista experience required
- Knowledge of specialty coffee brewing techniques (pour-over, espresso)
- Reliable transportation for local deliveries within Chandler
- Strong time management and ability to work independently
- Exceptional communication skills for virtual customer interactions
