Responsibilities
- Design and execute neural interface user studies using quantum-encrypted data streams
- Develop predictive UX models using quantum machine learning algorithms
- Create neuro-adaptive interface prototypes for healthcare and gaming sectors
- Present findings to C-suite executives and international research consortiums
- Lead a cross-functional team of 15 researchers and engineers
- Establish industry standards for neuro-ethical UX design
- Publish peer-reviewed papers in quantum human-computer interaction journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Human-Computer Interaction or Cognitive Neuroscience
- 5+ years experience with neural interface technologies
- Proficiency in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in ACM CHI or Nature Human Behaviour
- Expertise in fNIRS/EEG data analysis pipelines
- Experience leading international research teams
- Deep understanding of neuro-ethical frameworks and regulations
- Portfolio demonstrating quantum UX prototypes
