Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise and scientific applications
- Develop error-correction protocols and quantum algorithms for 2026-era hardware
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit optimization and coherence enhancement
- Establish security frameworks for post-quantum cryptographic systems
- Create technical roadmaps for quantum adoption in finance, logistics, and AI
- Present breakthrough findings at industry conferences and publish in leading journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- 3+ years developing quantum algorithms or error-correction systems
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters and parallel processing
- Certification in quantum security (e.g., IBM Quantum Professional)
