Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems with fault-tolerant error correction protocols
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating theoretical quantum models into practical hardware implementations
- Develop quantum software frameworks compatible with emerging quantum processors
- Conduct research on quantum supremacy applications in finance, logistics, and materials science
- Optimize quantum circuit performance for NISQ-era hardware limitations
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Proven experience with quantum algorithm development for practical applications
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
