Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging superconducting qubits and topological quantum systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems in logistics and financial modeling
- Collaborate with physicists to implement error correction protocols achieving 99.9% gate fidelity
- Create quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics in healthcare and climate science
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum hardware engineers and software developers
- Patent novel quantum computing methodologies and publish in Nature Physics
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory and quantum programming languages
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction techniques
