Responsibilities

- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead quantum error mitigation strategies achieving >99.9% fidelity targets
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors with 100+ qubit capabilities
- Create quantum security protocols resistant to 2030-era cyber threats
- Document quantum system specifications and integration blueprints
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm development (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with quantum error correction codes and surface codes
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into actionable engineering specifications
