Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise and research applications
- Develop error-correction protocols and quantum optimization algorithms
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum-hybrid systems
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (superconducting, photonic, topological)
- Define security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptography solutions
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop quantum machine learning models

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or advanced R&D
