Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid algorithms for real-world applications
- Develop error-corrected quantum circuits optimized for machine learning workloads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype quantum neural networks
- Lead research on quantum-resistant cryptography and post-quantum security frameworks
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at industry conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation through hackathons and incubation projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics (MS with exceptional experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- 3+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum machine learning
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong publication record in quantum computing or AI research
- Expertise in high-performance computing and distributed quantum systems
