Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest registration and check-in procedures with precision
- Manage crowd flow and maintain venue safety standards throughout events
- Coordinate VIP experiences and handle special guest requests professionally
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and equipment management
- Resolve guest inquiries and issues with exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure flawless event execution
- Document event details and provide post-event feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or event staffing
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs

- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
