Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest management at high-profile events including ACL, SXSW, and Formula 1
- Coordinate VIP experiences with precision and exceptional service standards
- Manage crowd control and safety protocols for 500+ attendee events
- Operate AV equipment and stage setups for corporate conferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for flawless event execution
- Conduct post-event analysis to enhance future experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in event hospitality or customer service
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in crowd management techniques
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
