Responsibilities
- Safely walk and supervise multiple dogs simultaneously (up to 4 dogs per group)
- Provide fresh water, administer medications (with training), and monitor pet behavior
- Maintain detailed digital logs of each dog's activities and well-being
- Transport pets to/from appointments using company vehicles
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Build trust with pet owners through professional communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional pet care experience (boarding/walking/vet)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and smartphone for scheduling
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in all weather
- Basic pet first aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Passion for animal welfare and customer service excellence
