Responsibilities
- Safely walk and supervise 1-3 dogs per outing in designated Honolulu neighborhoods
- Provide timely updates via photo/video reports to pet owners
- Administer basic care (water, treats) as requested by clients
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and leash laws
- Build positive relationships with both pets and their owners
- Manage scheduling through our mobile app with real-time updates
- Report any pet health or behavioral concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Hawaii driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proof of pet first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work outdoors in tropical weather conditions
- Strong communication skills for client interactions
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with dog handling preferred but not required
- Availability for morning/evening shifts (5:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
- Own smartphone with data plan for app communication
